‘Counting On’ Season 1: A Duggar Recap
After exploring the Duggar family’s eating habits earlier this year, I thought it would be interesting to recap some of their show. I wanted to see those recipes in action.
Unfortunately, I started by watching the first season of ‘Counting On’ and . . . it’s pretty dang dark. Also, there’s not much food. Maybe next time.
Episode 1 — A New Chapter
Jessa tells us that life has been “pretty crazy” for her family the last few months, and Jill reminds us that sometimes people make choices that impact other people. *Gasp* who was to know that Josh Duggar was living a double life?
Jill’s life has not been living up to her expectations, but she has a “sweet little guy” named Israel now.
Jessa and Bill are still in the honeymoon phase, and they’re “expecting” now. She’s 35 weeks and it’s been a “pretty typical pregnancy” with a “pretty awesome” second trimester. They know the baby’s sex but aren’t telling anybody. They also don’t seem to ever use the word sex.
