Right off the bat, I’m disgusted. Why is Josh narrating this? Why is he bragging about the fact that their rental doesn’t have enough beds for all the kids?

Next, Josh says, “I may not be a household name . . .” Yikes. He also tells us he’s a “video nut,” as if he’s the one who filmed this special. It’s . . . odd.

Again, the children are introduced to us standing in line. Original and totally conveys the idea that the kids are individuals.

Michelle says, “Saying there is too many children is like saying there are too many flowers.” The family plays putt putt golf, and Jim Bob adds, “Each one of them is thankful to be here also.” I don’t even know what that means.

Jim Bob says he bought a lot of land for the new house so that each person could get married and build a house on the property.

Then, Josh threatens us by saying that there is “no end in sight” regarding how many children the Duggars might have. He says he thought his parents were done at 15, but I don’t know why he would think that.

Back in the kitchen, the girls are at work. We get a glimpse of tater tot casserole again. Josh says that nobody gets to be a slacker in this family.
