Has Medium Changed My Life? Maybe.
About one year ago, I began writing on Medium. I had read various stories on Medium, but I never realized that anybody could write on Medium. I’ve been writing for 10 years, so I welcomed the opportunity to expand my portfolio and maybe make some extra money.
Has my life changed because of Medium? Well, kind of. Not as drastically as a lot of other writers by the looks of it, but yes.
Medium Makes Wednesday a Good Day
Wednesday means a little bit more to me now. I look forward to checking my earnings, and I love to see my stats (and income) increase each month. My payment has gotten just a little bit higher each month, and that’s encouraging. I’m not going to pretend like I’m making beaucoup bucks on Medium, but it’s not nothing.
Medium Rewards Consistency
Medium is one of the first places I have ever written that demonstrates such a strong link between consistency and reward. I love seeing a direct link between the effort I put into publishing each day and the money I earn. Is Medium still very confusing? Yes. Do I know where all my traffic comes from? No. But somehow it works.
