Much like Anne McDaniel, Samantha Ann Clark was a young woman who disappeared from Orange, Virginia.

On September 14, 2010, 19-year-old Samantha left the family home just after midnight. Nobody knew where she was going, but she had apparently told her younger brother she would be home in the morning. Her mother was working the night shift at work and was surprised to learn that her daughter had left.

After Samantha left, her family realized she’d left her pajamas on her bed and only took her house key out. She did not have a cell phone. Two days after she left, Samantha’s family reported her missing.

Samantha’s mother, Barbara reported that her daughter didn’t typically go outside after dark. Additionally, she reported that no public transportation would have been available at that time of the night. She was likely picked up by somebody.

Some people believe they know who picked up Samantha. One of the suspects in this case is a man named Randy Allen Taylor, a man serving a life sentence in prison for the 2013 murder of 17-year-old Alexis Murphy.

Randy had some friends in common with Samantha, and Samantha’s mother claimed Randy had called their home several times on the night the teenager disappeared. Authorities also believe Randy was the last person to have seen Samantha…
