1981 — The remains of Brooks Bracewell and Georgia Greer are found in a ditch in Alvin, Texas. The two were last seen at a convenience store in 1974.

1982 — Stephanie Roper, 22, is abducted and killed after her car became disabled. The perpetrators were Jack Ronald Jones and Jerry Lee Beatty.

1997 — Laura Smither, 12, is last seen going for a jog. Her remains would be found just a few weeks later in Pasadena, Texas.
