1881 — The Guadalupe Canyon Massacre occurs. A group of smugglers is killed.

2018 — Shan’ann Watts is murdered by her husband, Christopher Watts. He also killed their children, Bella and Celeste. Shan’ann was pregnant when she died. Watts pleaded guilty to the murders on November 6.
