1994 — Earl Bramblett kills four members of the Hodges family in Vinton, Virginia. He sets the residence on fire. Bramblett was sentenced to death for the murders. He was executed in 2003.
2009 — The Glynn County mass murder occurs. Seven bodies are found at the New Hope Mobile Home Park in Glynn County, Georgia. Two are injured, and one dies later. Guy Heinze Jr., the only survivor, was indicted by the grand jury for the crime. He was convicted of eight murders in 2013.
