1986 — Live Oak Doe is found deceased in Live Oak, Texas. Authorities believe Live Oak Doe was a trans woman or drag queen.

1991 — El Dorado Jane Doe is murdered in Room 121 of the Whitehall Motel in El Dorado, Arkansas. She had used several identities over the years, including the names Mercedes, Cheryl Ann Wick, and Kelly Lee Carr. None were her real name.

1998 — Kamiyah Teresiah Tasha Mobley was abducted from a hospital in Florida when she was hours old. She was found alive in South Carolina in 2017. She’d been raised under a different name.

2016 — Seth Rich is murdered in Bloomingdale, Washington, D.C. He was shot twice, and the assailants have never been caught.
