1993 — Bobby Kent is murdered by seven people, a group that included his best friend, in a complicated scheme.

1990 — Walter Sedlmayr, a German actor, is murdered in his Munich apartment. In 1993, two of his business associates were sentenced to life in prison for the crime, but they were released in 2007 and 2008 and have taken legal action to have their names removed from Wikipedia, but it was determined that forcing websites to remove their names violated free speech.
