1990 — Penny Doe is found in Monroe, Pennsylvania. She died by blunt-force trauma. She was between 15 and 22 and had long brown hair. Her identity remains unknown.

1991 — Andrew Lee Jones is executed after being convicted in the murder of Tumekica Jackson.

1995 — Elyse Marie Pahler, 15, is killed. Pahler’s parents would later try to sue the band Slayer, claiming that their music contributed to her death. Three men were convicted of her murder.
