1979 — Perry County Jane Doe, or the Girl with the Turquoise Jewelry, is found in Watts Township, Pennsylvania. Authorities apparently did not consider her death suspicious, but her cause of death is not known. Her identity is also unknown.

1984 — The dismembered remains of a woman are found in the Spokane River in Washington. She was between 16 and 35 at the time of her death. Investigators believe…
