1922 — Six inhabitants of Hinterkaifeck, a German farmstead, are killed. The crime has not been solved.
1988 — The body of a Hispanic woman is found in Santiago Park, California. She had been stabbed. She was about 28 and may have had laparoscopy at some point. Her case has not been solved, and her identity is still unknown.
1995 — Selena Quintanilla-Perez, Tejano singer, is killed by Yolanda Saldivar.
2019 — Samantha Josephson is murdered in South Carolina. Her death resulted in the passage of Sami’s Law, which improved protections for those utilizing Ride Share services. Josephson mistakenly entered a car she believed was her Uber.
