2003 — Dru Katrina Sjodin is abducted from a mall parking lot in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Alfonso Rodriguez Jr. is convicted in the murder. Sjodin’s murder helped create the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Registry.
