1981 — Tina Marie Harmon, 12, is abducted and murdered in Lodi, Ohio. In 2010, DNA found at the scene led to a match: Robert Anthony Buell.

2006 — The body of a young woman is found in a Kilgore, Texas, oil field. She’d been set on fire less than 24 hours before two men discovered her. She was called Lavender Doe. In 2018, Joseph Wayne Burnette confessed to the murder, but her identity was still unknown. In 2019, Lavender Doe’s DNA was used to identify her as Dana Lynn Dodd.
