1976 — A body is found on Dogwood Road in Baltimore County, near Lorraine Park Cemetery. The body is of a white female. Her identity remains unknown.

1995 — Caleb Fairley, an employee at his parents’ children’s clothing store, is arrested after he murders Lisa Marie Manderach and her daughter. In 1996, he was convicted on two counts of first-degree murder.

2007 — Joseph Estrada, the former Philippine president, is convicted of plunder.
